We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to perform clerical functions for the Manager.

This position is based in the Rossmoyne office in Mechanicsburg, PA.

This is a Part-Time Position working 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, including basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work weekends when required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Vehicle Salesperson License
Essential Job Functions
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Manager
  • Collect monthly rents and process bank deposits
  • Handle receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting guests, and filing
  • Maintain the Rossmoyne Facebook page
  • Assist with annual home inspections
  • Maintain the Safety Manual
  • Prepare resident leases
