High Associates Ltd. was established in 1980 to develop, sell, lease and manage commercial and industrial real estate. Since that time, we've steadily grown in the depth and breadth of our services by focusing on providing exceptional support to our clients and tenants and always striving to exceed expectations. High Associates Ltd. is currently searching for an Administrative Coordinator.The Administrative Coordinator's main responsibility is to perform receptionist activities and administrative clerical function/services for the Manager.

This position is based out of the Rossmoyne office in Mechanicsburg, PA.

This is a Part-Time Position working 4 hours, 5 days from 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of one to two (1-2) years administrative experience including basic Microsoft software knowledge
  • Must be able to cover vacations, absences of other team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide administrative assistance for the tenants of the Executive Offices as Rossmoyne
  • Sort mail daily into Tennant's mailboxes
  • Receptionist responsibilities including answering of phones, greeting guests, filing, preparing outgoing mail and overnight packages
  • Code invoices received for High Associates
  • Prepare monthly invoices for staff services provided to tenants (e.g. photo copier charges, postage charges, document preparation, etc.)
  • Help maintain the common areas in an orderly manner such as breakroom and conference rooms, restock coffee supplies
  • Assist in maintaining conference room scheduling
  • Promote the interests and favorable image of the High Companies. Support and sustain the values of the High Philosophy.
  • Be committed to the Improvement Process and the High Philosophy.
  • Attend one (1) job related seminars per year
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required within the scope of job responsibilities.
