Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a part-time Administrative/Clerical Associate to join the Cowboy Alamo City Harley-Davidson Team in San Antonio, Texas. You will support HR and accounting tasks, organize files, and handle routine duties with reliability.

Qualifications

• Some experience or current college studies in Human Resources preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude.
• Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record.
• Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist Human Resource department with filing, creating benefit packets and other miscellaneous tasks.
• Assist accounting with posting invoices and miscellaneous account payable duties.
• Organizing Files.
• Make runs to bank, post office etc.
• Additional tasks given by management.
