Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of work experience with industrial automated systems.
• Commitment to teaching and learning and ability to work with diverse students.
• Ability to collaborate with college staff and show cultural competence.
• Commitment to the college’s values of respect, inclusion and quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a course load of no more than 12 contact hours per term.
• Participate in annual evaluations for students and department chair/coordinator.
• Adhere to curriculum, grading standards, attendance policies, and assessments.
• Attend classes regularly and communicate with staff and chair about documentation.
• Comply with FERPA, ADA and applicable regulations and report discrepancies.
• Support the college mission and values in all activities.
• Fulfill other contractual obligations per adjunct faculty contract.
