Job summary

Computer Systems Institute seeks a part-time Adjunct Instructor for the Organizational Administration concentration at the Charlestown campus. The instructor will plan lessons, deliver in-class instruction, and use Project-Based Learning to connect theory with practice.

The role involves teaching up to 27.5 hours per week, evaluating progress, maintaining SAP records, and advising students. A Bachelor's degree in business admin/HR or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, HR, or related field.
• Candidates with at least two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Plan lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL).
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress; maintain SAP records.
• Attend quarterly campus-wide instructor in-service meetings.
• Stay informed on teaching advancements through professional development.
• Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement through committees.
• Provide academic advising to ensure student growth and retention.
