Qualifications

• Earned Ph.D. or equivalent preferred; Master’s degree required in Engineering or Management.
• Teaching graduate/doctoral level Research Methods and Thesis development.
• Scholarly outputs: conferences, journals, and other works.
• Willingness to use technology in the classroom.
• Experience mentoring and advising students.
• Industry experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach research design and methodology to Master’s and PhD students.
• Guide students through literature reviews and plan execution of research.
• Deliver course material face-to-face on selected Saturdays.
• Travel to Harrisburg campus for on-site sessions.
