Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of current technologies appropriate to the area of instruction.
• Earned bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution and two of the following: portfolio, professional certification, or two years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates student learning by delivering assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Develops/maintains course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials; maintains accurate student records and grades.
• Engages with students using active classroom teaching strategies to enhance learning.
• Interacts with students and coworkers professionally and complies with College policies and FERPA requirements.
• Implements emergency and safety procedures for classrooms, labs and all learning environments.
