Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in education, science or related field.
• Current ARDMS registration in AB, OB/GYN, AE, VT or BR.
• Minimum two years full-time experience as a registered sonographer within the last five years.
• Knowledge of instruction methods, testing and assessment; familiarity with curricula and accreditation.
• Willing to coordinate clinical education with didactic education.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibilities are to teach and develop the curriculum; prepare course outlines and learning outcomes.
• Assess student performance and maintain grade records; provide effective instruction.
• Create an engaging learning environment using diverse teaching methods.
• Collaborate on program reviews, curriculum revisions, and learning outcomes.
• Coordinate clinical education with didactic components and evaluate affiliate centers.
• Participate in department meetings, college projects, and program development.
• Support college goals and perform other duties as assigned.
