Job summary

James Club Treatment Center in Florida is seeking a compassionate Addiction Treatment Therapist to join our clinical team. This on-site, part-time role runs Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and focuses on group and individual sessions to support clients' recovery goals.

You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. There is potential for this role to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in substance use or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational group sessions.
• Provide individual therapy sessions with clients.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate with the treatment team.
• Support discharge and aftercare planning.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and case management staff.
