Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. seeks a part-time Program Physician for Health Care Resource Centers in Massachusetts (Chicopee/Northampton/Greenfield/Westfield). The clinician will admit patients to methadone/buprenorphine programs, perform histories and physicals, document in EMR, and adjust dosing in collaboration with the team.

Flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday–Wednesday. Qualifications include board certification or eligibility in Addiction Medicine, MA licensure, at least 6

Qualifications

Board Certified or Eligible in Addiction Medicine.
Must be licensed in the state of MA.
At least 6 months of experience in Addiction Medicine.
Must be able to sign off on NP/PA charts.
Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Admitting Patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment.
Obtain history and physical examination.
Document into the EMR and enter orders for methadone dosing.
Monitor patient dosages with Treatment Center Director and staff.
Consult on high-risk patients and perform annual medication reviews.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
