Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a Part Time Activity Aide to support residents in the Behavioral Unit in Lebanon, Ohio. You will plan and lead engaging activities, create flyers, assist with calendars, and help with supplies to enhance daily living.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork with healthcare staff, and a welcoming presence for residents and families. This part-time position offers alternate weekends and 20–30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an Activity Assistant.
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled activities programs that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions
• Assist with the organizing, planning, and implementation of programs and opportunities that promote resident well-being
• Enthusiastically promote and communicate programs and events to residents and families
• Passionately motivate and serve residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities
• Interact with families and visitors of our residents

Job Summary:

Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a Part Time Activity Aide to perform activity functions as assigned. As an Activity Aide, you will be responsible for running activities, creating flyers and other materials, shopping for supplies, assisting with calendar preparation, and many other duties.
