Job summary

Parkview Northwest Healthcare Center is seeking an energetic Activities Leader for a part-time role in Cincinnati, OH. You will work directly with residents to lead engaging activities, both individually and in groups, including community outings.

The position requires compassion, creativity, and a willingness to support residents’ social engagement. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating activities, maintaining schedules and bulletin boards, and collaborating with the activity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Active state driver’s license required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use simple software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of activities for residents, both one-on-one and in groups.
• Provide supplies and assist residents with activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate activities and events.
• Escort residents to activities and participate in community outings.
• Maintain activity documentation and communicate plans with the team.
• Support residents with ADL needs as required.
