Burke Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burke, Virginia is seeking an Activities Assistant (Part Time) to plan, conduct, and evaluate recreational activities for patients. You will lead group activities, track attendance, and support care planning under the Activities Director, while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, conducting, and evaluating scheduled activities within our Activities Department
• Lead group activities and maintain attendance records
• Collect oral histories and complete patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans as directed by the Activities Director
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff
