Job summary

Edenbrook Platteville, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Part-Time Activity Assistant to support residents from 10 AM to 5 PM, with weekend and holiday rotations. Prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and implement activities to meet residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and social needs.
Create environments that emphasize moments of joy, independence, and wellness daily.
Help design programs to encourage socialization and meaningful engagement.
Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment while helping daily living skills.
Prepare and maintain progress reports on residents' activity participation.
