Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an Activities Assistant at Fieldcrest, Assisted Living and Memory Care, to support residents with engaging activities and social programs. The role emphasizes compassionate care and boosting resident well-being in a community setting.

The position is part-time with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 to 3:30, and occasional evenings or Saturdays. Experience with elderly or dementia residents is preferred and strong reading/writing skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with elderly/dementia residents preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as leading exercise.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
