The Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing is seeking a PART TIME Activities Aide to schedule and coordinate engaging events for residents. You will handle daily, weekly, and monthly activities, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma and certain certifications may be required.
• Experience in nursing, recreational activities, or event planning is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physically able to walk, stand, lift, and manage activities.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly events to engage residents.
• Coordinate logistics, advertising, inventories, budgets, and volunteers.
• Train and motivate staff and volunteers; coordinate transportation.
• Observe participant enjoyment and gather feedback to improve events.
• Maintain records of resources, interests, and incidents.
• Report medical concerns or observations as needed.
• Ensure events are prepared, on time, and within budget.
• Provide participants with clear event instructions and safety guidance.
