Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities programs for residents, including events and outings.
• Monitor and assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align activities with care plans.
• Participate in resident assessment and care planning processes.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Activities Director.
