Qualifications

• Previous experience with geriatric population preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Bilingual speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual activities, including exercise, trivia, games, and art, to promote resident engagement.
• Encourage and assist residents to participate in activities that align with their interests and abilities.
• Work independently with limited supervision at times and effectively as a team member.
• Escort residents on outings as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respect towards residents, considering their specific clinical level of function.
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity planning.
