Pay: $7.25 per hour plus $50.00 per qualified lead

Job type: Part-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–7:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am–2:00 pm (24 hours per week)

Location: Overland Park, KS (in-field, door-to-door)

What You’ll Do

As a canvasser, you’ll knock doors in assigned neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners, and set up roof inspections. This is an outside, door-to-door role, and self-generating leads is expected.

How You Get Paid

You’ll earn $7.25 per hour for every hour worked, plus $50.00 for every qualified lead you bring in. A lead is qualified once our sales team confirms it and a project manager gets on the roof and completes an inspection. There’s no cap on lead bonuses, so the more qualified leads you generate, the more you earn.
