Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting or MBA with concentration in accounting from AACSB-accredited institution.
• Active CPA licensure or equivalent credential (CMA/CIA/EA).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, managerial accounting, auditing, corporate accounting, or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying accounting standards for graduate instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course instruction consistent with the approved syllabus and learning outcomes.
• Prepare instructional materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment that supports student success.
• Submit grades and academic records accurately and on time.
• Maintain reasonable office hours and be available to students.
• Respond promptly to student communications.
• Administer course evaluations.
• Coordinate with the Associate Dean and Department Chair on course delivery and academic matters.
