Job summary

Colorado State University in Fort Collins is seeking adjunct faculty for the Department of Accounting to teach on a per-course basis. The pool covers fall, spring, and summer terms, with courses delivered days, evenings, or online as needed.

Positions are part-time and instructors may be hired when opportunities arise. A master’s degree or higher in accounting or a related field is required, with relevant professional experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Applicable Master’s, J.D., or Ph.D. aligned with accounting subjects.
• Or current doctoral candidate in a related field.
• Or undergraduate degree with five years of relevant professional work experience.
• Ability to teach courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, tax, governmental accounting, auditing, accounting systems, and/or business ethics.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in assigned areas and design syllabi.
• Deliver instruction using LMS and multimedia teaching methods.
• Contribute to course coordination and department goals.
