Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license as per Allied Universal driver policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation as required by law.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by following site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access at entry points by verifying identification, visitor credentials, delivery appointments, and authorization.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle-entry records and issue/recover access credentials as directed by policy.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with leadership or responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
