Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws; driving license only for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers; enforce site access policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorization; maintain access-related records.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, docks, and perimeters.
• Communicate professionally to staff and visitors to support orderly traffic flow.
