Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorization and identification, and document visitor and vehicle activity.
• Control access to restricted areas, docks, yards, and facilities and report unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter security issues and identify concerns.
