Qualifications

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and manage access points, verify credentials and delivery appointments, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel.
• Deter unauthorized entry and support protection of personnel, products, inventory, and facilities by following access control protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating as needed to leadership and site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, shipping/receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter; conditions may vary by location.
