Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain logs.
• Control access for delivery vehicles and personnel, coordinate with site contacts as needed, report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
