Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing per state law as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and manage visitor access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate through proper channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Document and report access-control issues to site leadership.
