Allied Universal’s Augusta location seeks a part-time Security Officer Access Intake to monitor entry points, verify credentials, and deliver customer service at a manufacturing and industrial site in Augusta, GA. The role emphasizes patrols, access control, and incident response.

You will join a team focused on safety, integrity, and service, with opportunities for shift-based scheduling and ongoing training in security best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and document entry/exit activity.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Maintain logs, access records, and incident reports to deter unauthorized entry and ensure orderly operations.
