Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access-related logs.
• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, and deliveries to support controlled access.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter.
