Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, loading docks, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized personnel and visitor entry requirements, and document activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and handoff information per procedures.
