Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Protection in Seatac, WA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Pay rate is $24.87 per hour.

The schedule is Thur 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM. Responsibilities include patient/staff security, incident response, and unarmed patrols across healthcare facilities,

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized access and a welcoming environment for patients and guests.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
