Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, problem-solving approaches following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned buildings, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Document incidents and observations and complete required reports.
