Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain logs and direct authorized personnel.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access and inspect traffic; report irregularities or unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
