Qualifications

• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with badge access and visitor management preferred.
• Some computer or tablet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entrances, verify identification and authorization, and maintain access logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter to deter unauthorised access.
• Direct visitors and provide site information while escalating issues to the appropriate personnel.
