Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access-control procedures and emergency protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership, documenting observations and required follow-up actions.
