Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Driver in Monroe, MI. This role offers flexible, dependable hours with fixed anchor shifts and optional extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will protect personnel, contractors, and visitors, perform access-control procedures, monitor entry points, and document incidents while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver's license and age 18+ (21+ for armed roles where applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Ability to perform access-control procedures and monitor entry points.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors and visitors via access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and maintain entry/exit logs.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and report security concerns.
• Document incidents and communications with site leadership and personnel.
