Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time - Truck Gate in Long Beach, CA. You will safeguard clients at a logistics location, manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and assist deliveries, while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role offers a flexible schedule with shifts including after- noon/evening times, and a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. No armed duties; driving positions require a valid license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by policy.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Observe inbound/outbound traffic, document irregularities, and report access-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activity.
