Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard Credential Governance in Ashburn, VA. You will monitor entry points, manage badge access, respond to alarms, and patrol premises to maintain a secure environment.

As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a flexible schedule through the Claim a Shift platform. Prior security experience and a high school diploma are preferred. CPR certification is a plus, and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site-specific security procedures.
• Verify credentials, manage visitor access, and document authorized access activity at financial facilities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeters.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and access-related records and report issues.
