Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Access Control Driver in Miami Beach, FL. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, assist with visitor interactions, and provide outstanding customer service while patrolling the property and maintaining security presence.

This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility to work scheduled shifts. Training and ongoing development are provided as part of joining a leading security team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization and credentials, and maintain visitor and vendor access records.
• Control access to the property by screening visitors, directing authorized individuals, and reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, common areas, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
