Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Teaching or tutoring experience in higher education or similar settings.
• Strong understanding of time management, memory encoding/retrieval, and critical thinking.
• Effective communication with students in a positive learning environment.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online platforms.
• Commitment to diversity, first-generation students, multilingual learners.
• Multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons on study strategies including time management and memory techniques.
• Design and adapt course materials for various academic activities such as lectures, reading, writing, and group discussions.
• Create and implement assessments with constructive feedback to support student growth.
• Provide individual or group coaching to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Foster an interactive classroom environment with active participation and collaborative learning.
• Utilize learning technologies to support online or hybrid instruction.
• Stay updated on research and best practices related to study strategies, memory enhancement, and critical thinking.
