Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited institution.
• Experience providing reference services to college, university, or high school students.
• Reliable transportation may be required for working at multiple campus locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ACC Campus Library Services reference services to ACC students, faculty and staff, including in person, phone, email and library chat.
• Maintain records and statistics and assist with collection maintenance and information literacy support.
• Participate in reporting using reference desk software to gather student learning outcome data.
