Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas license.
• Must be willing to obtain and provide all required Texas clearances within 1 year.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to develop classroom strategies and with the resource teacher to implement academic plans.
• Support parents with questions or referrals and address student needs.
• Meet with students to address immediate academic, social, or emotional concerns.
• Deliver weekly guidance lessons using Second Step and Steps to Respect.
• Assist administrators with identifying programs and trainings to complement the curriculum.
