Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in designing and implementing lesson plans and assessments that reflect Best Practices.
• Help teachers develop classroom management strategies to foster a conducive learning environment.
• Secure resources to support the School Improvement Plan.
• Use flexible grouping to target learning gaps and accelerate progress.
• Monitor and support instruction across all student subgroups.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement school-wide reform efforts.
