Job summary

Heartland ABA in Salina, KS is seeking part-time ABA technicians to support children with Autism in homes or community locations. You will deliver one-on-one services and help implement skill-building plans under supervision.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training, including the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course, and opportunities to grow within our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, empathy, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Support skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data using electronic devices accurately.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor to improve treatment effectiveness.
