Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing care plans and tracking progress in real time.

No prior experience required—paid training and full support from a clinical team are provided. Positions start part-time with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in ABA. This role offers flexible scheduling in the Kansas area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as integral member of clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
