Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is hiring part-time ABA technicians to deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations. You will be trained and supported by BCBA supervisors to implement evidence-based interventions and track progress.

No prior ABA experience is required; paid training is provided, with a 6-month commitment. Flexible afternoon/evening hours and a pathway into psychology and education.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and positively impact children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
