Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in the New York metro area is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to support ABA programs across Queens. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering direct ABA instruction and collaborating with families to promote consistency at home and in the community.

Responsibilities include data collection, program book maintenance, and ongoing communication with families.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• 1-2 years working with children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting
• Undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field
• Experience using ABA preferred
• Holds RBT Certification from BACB

Aufgaben

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case
• Communicate frequently with family members with debriefs and home resources
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly
• Maintain confidentiality of information according to State and Federal regulations
