Job summary

TASKids in Irving, TX is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families with ABA services. The role requires 15-20 hours per week, primarily morning slots, with supervision from BCBA/LBA and ongoing clinical trainings.

Ideal candidates have ABA experience, strong clinical insight, and bilingual abilities; reliable transportation and valid license are necessary for travel between clients' homes in the central Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Experience in autism, special needs, education, mental health or ABA.
• 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience; BA/BS preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training and behavioral therapy to clients and families.
• Deliver services part-time, mornings, and travel between homes within Dallas area.
• Maintain accurate session notes and data collection.
• Work under BCBA/LBA supervision and participate in trainings.
