Qualifications

• ABA Therapist (RBT) to support children with Autism through data-driven ABA techniques.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and team to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in a one-on-one setting or in small groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve overall functioning.
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to track the child's progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency and collaboration.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment goals, progress, and challenges.
