Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time ABA support staff to work with children in home or community settings. You will提供 one-on-one ABA services, help implement treatment plans, and monitor progress with data collection.

No ABA experience required—training is provided and you can start with flexible afternoon/evening hours. You will collaborate with families and the BCBA Supervisor to maximize effectiveness, while building skills and supporting independence in clients with Autism.

• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA care responsibilities.
• Fundamental communication with families and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with autism.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor to improve treatment.
